How to Reclaim?

In our experience financial institutions will reject a large percentage of valid claims. We will always pursue a case where we believe the evidence displays negligence from the banks. It is important for the consumer to receive the compensation they deserve, so if you have had a claim rejected you should contact us to help you reclaim. Our lawyers have taken legal action against a number of lenders to prove that the consumer was mis-sold a product.
In Ireland, the Ombudsman has rejected a number of cases relating to the mis-selling of PPI which makes it even more critical to employ the services of a firm which has proven itself on a consitent basis. We will also be able to engineer a strong case for you should you be looking to begin a first-time claim.
Resubmitting a Claim?
If your claim has recently been rejected by a lender then you are eligible for a reclaim. It has become public knowledge that banks often reject claims outright in the hope that it will stave off a redress. We don’t believe in settling for such tactics and will take the company responsible for the mis-selling into court proceedings if we believe you have been subjected to a mis-sold PPI policy. Resubmitting a claim isn’t a difficult task as we will complete a large majority of the administrative work and will assemble an experienced legal team to represent your case.
How soon can I reclaim?
The Central Bank of Ireland has instructed a number of lenders to investigate the PPI policies which they sold between July 2007 and July 2012. However, this review is only considering a small sample of all mis-sold PPI policies, further emphasising the fact that the review will not protect all consumers and that these consumers should take assertive action and begin the reclaim process.
